The OCXO-300 from Microwave Dynamics is an OCXO with an output frequency of 50 or 100 MHz. It provides a sine wave output and has frequency stability of ±1.5 ppm over an operating temperature range from -40 to +85°C. The oscillator has a phase noise of -167 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz, harmonic distortion of -25 dBc, and a spurious of -75 dBc. It requires a 12 VDC supply voltage, consumes less than 300 mA of current, and has a warm-up time of 5 minutes. The device is available in a rugged module with coaxial connectors and can be used for military applications.
