The XO517X series from Mtron PTI are Extended Temperature OCXOs with an oscillation frequency from 10 to 40 MHz. The OCXOs have a phase noise of -137 dBc/Hz at 10 Hz and a stability of ±1 ppb over a temperature range of -40 to 90°C. These oscillators require a start-up power of 6 watts and consume a steady state power of 2.5 watts from a 12 VDC supply. They are available in a surface mount package and are ideal for troposcatter communications, downhole seismic, high temperature industrial controls and extended temperature military/aerospace/avionics applications.
