The XO9095 series from Mtron PTI are high-frequency OCXOs with an oscillation frequency from 500 MHz to 2 GHz. The OCXOs have exceptional stability, low-g sensitivity and low phase noise of -135 dBc/Hz at 1 kHz offset. These oscillators require a supply voltage of 5 V and provide a Sinewave waveform output. They are available in a surface-mount package and are ideal for radar, GPS, EW, test equipment and Satcom applications.
