The O-CEGM-0XXXXXX-X from NEL Frequency Controls is an OCXO that operates from 500 to 1300 MHz with a frequency stability of ±50 ppb. It provides an extremely low phase noise of -145 dBc/Hz at a 10 kHz offset with a 12 dBm sine-wave output. The OCXO requires a 5 V supply and has low G-sensitivity of 0.5 ppb/G.
