The OSF4 series of OCXOs from Pletronics operate from 5 to 40 MHz. The OCXOs operate over a temperature range from -40 to 85 degrees Celsius with ±100 to ±200 ppb frequency stability. They require a supply voltage of 5 V and provides a rectangular output waveform. The OCXOs have a phase noise of -150 dBc/Hz at a 10 kHz offset. They are available in a surface mount DIL metal package that measures 20.3 x 12.7 x 11 mm and are ideal for SONET, base stations, wireless communication equipment, telecom and test & measurement applications.
