The ROM7050PA from Rakon is a compact OCXO with an oscillation frequency from 10 to 50 MHz. It has a very small 7x5 mm footprint and meets the stringent requirements of 5G Remote Radio Head (RRH), small cell, optical network, and microwave transmission system applications. The OCXO has a phase noise of less than -157 dBc/Hz @10 kHz offset and frequency stability of +/-20 ppb over a temperature range from -40 to 95 degrees Celsius. It provides a CMOS waveform (1ns, 55%) at the output while operating from a supply voltage of 3.3 V. The RoHS compliant OCXO is available in tape and reel packaging and measures 7.5 x 5.5 x 3.3 mm.
