The OCXO Series 7000 from Raltron are Oven Controlled Crystal Oscillators (OCXOs) that operate from 10 to 40 MHz. They provide CMOS output waveforms with frequency stability (vs temperature) of ±20 ppb and have a phase noise of -145 dBc/Hz (at 1 kHz offset). These OCXOs have a warm-up time of less than 3 minutes. They offer high reliability over frequencies up to 40 MHz and have undergone drop, bumping, vibration, mechanical, and thermal shock tests. The oscillators require a DC supply of 3.3 V and consume 0.35 W of power in steady-state. They are available in surface-mount packages that measure 7.3 x 9.5 x 4.1 mm.
