The Series OX1000 from Raltron are OCXOs that operate from 10 to 50 MHz. They require a DC supply voltage of 3.3 V and produce an LVCMOS waveform at the output. These OCXOs have a frequency stability of ±5 ppb and an excellent phase noise of -150dBc/Hz at 10kHz offset while operating over a temperature range from -40 to 85°C. They have a low current consumption of 600mA during warm-up and 300mA in steady-state. These RoHS-complaint OCXOs are available in a surface-mount package that measures 9 x 14 mm and are suitable for wireless infrastructure, precision instrumentation, broadcasting, utility metering, IoT and IEEE-1588 applications.
