The SOC09C Series from Suntsu Electronics are VCOCXOs that operate from 10 to 40 MHz. They provide a CMOS output, have a phase noise of -150 dBc/Hz at 1 kHz offset, and frequency stability of ±20 ppb over an operating temperature range from -40 to +95 °C. The oscillators require 3.3 V of supply voltage and have control voltage from 0 to 3.3 V. They have a rise/fall time of 5ns and a warm-up time of 3 minutes.

The SOC09C Series are available in 6-pad surface-mount packages and are suitable for applications such as military communication equipment, base stations, test equipment, synthesizers, and digital switching. It measures 9.7 x 7.4 mm.
