The NA-100M-6900 Series from Taitien are OCXOs that operate at 100 MHz. They provide a sine wave output waveform and have a phase noise of -185 dBc/Hz @ 100 kHz offset. These oscillators have a G-sensitivity of 1 ppb/g and a tuning range of ±2.5 ppm with a control voltage from 0 to +10 V. They have spurious levels of less than -100 dBc and harmonics of better than -30 dBc.
These OCXOs require a DC supply of 5 V and consume less than 2.1 W of power in a steady-state. They are available in hermetically-sealed DIP packages that measure 25.4 x 25.4 x 12.7 mm and are suitable for use in humid environmental conditions. The oscillators are ideal for use in reference instruments, reference clocks for microwave signal sources, test & measurement, telecom systems, radar systems, and medical (MRT) applications.
