The NF-16M384-7000 Series from Taitien are OCXOs that operate at 16.384 MHz. They produce a CMOS waveform and have an accuracy of ±0.2 ppm with a frequency stability of ±10 ppb. These OCXOs have a duty cycle of 45-55% and a rise/fall time of less than 10 ns. They have a phase noise of less than -155 dBc/Hz and a G-sensitivity of ±1 ppb/g. .
The NF-16M384-7000 Series OCXOs require a DC supply of +3.3 V and consume less than 450 mW of power during warm-up and 95 mW of power while operating in steady state. These OCXOs are available in an RoHS-compliant DIP 14 package that measures 20 x 13 x 10 mm and are ideal for underwater sensor and network systems, mining & seismic research, oil & gas exploration, test & measurement, and battery-powered portable communication system applications.
