The OX-601 mini OCXO from Vectron operates from 10 to 40 MHz. It provides an extremely low phase noise of -155 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset with an LVCMOS output. The OCXO requires a 3.3 V supply voltage and has an excellent temperature stability of ±10ppb over –40 to 95°C. It is available in a 7 x 9 x 4.1 mm surface-mount package and is ideal for base stations (4G and 5G), small cell, test equipment and military communication applications. The OX–601 is optimized for 5G applications with tough slope requirements and supports 1588 packet-based timing applications.
