The H10125 from Werlatone is a 180 degrees hybrid coupler that operates from 1 to 3 GHz. It provides an isolation of more than 20 dB, insertion loss of under 0.5 dB and amplitude balance of 0.2 dB. This 3 dB coupler can handle up to 500 watts of CW power and has a VSWR of below 1.35:1. It is available in a surface mount drop-in package.
