The H12489 from Werlatone is a 180° RF Hybrid Combiner/Divider that operates from 2000 to 6000 MHz. It can handle a CW input power of 150 W, provides more than 20 dB of isolation, and has an insertion loss of less than 0.65 dB. This combiner/divider has a phase balance of 180° (±8°) and a maximum amplitude balance of ±0.4 dB. It is available in a surface-mount non-connectorized module that measures 1.26 x 0.65 x 0.10 inches.
