The R&S®MXO 4 from Rohde & Schwarz are Oscilloscopes with bandwidths from 200 MHz to 1.5 GHz. They include a unique 200 Gbps processing ASIC to achieve an update rate of 4.5 million acquisitions per second (up to 5 Gsample/s). These oscilloscopes incorporate a 12-bit ADC that operates across all the instrument sample rates with an 18-bit vertical resolution architecture for greater resolution precision. They can perform 45,000 FFTs (Fast Fourier Transforms) per second which allows engineers to view more RF signals than with any other oscilloscope in its class. These oscilloscopes have 4 input channels with a standard memory of 400 Mpoints per channel that enables oscilloscopes to capture more time and retain rated bandwidth information for shorter time base settings.
The R&S®MXO 4 oscilloscopes feature digital trigger with a trigger sensitivity of 1/10 000 division which can isolate difficult-to-find small physical layer anomalies in the presence of large signals. They can be controlled via a 13.3" LC TFT color display with a capacitive touchscreen and an intuitive user interface. These oscilloscopes are available in benchtop enclosures that measures 414 x 279 x 162 mm and are ideal for EMI debugging, logic analysis, serial bus analysis, power analysis, frequency response analysis, power integrity and integrated arbitrary generator applications. They require an AC supply from 100 to 240 V and consumes less than 210 W of power.
