The SDS3000X HD Series from Siglent are Digital Storage Oscilloscopes with bandwidth from 350 MHz to 1 GHz. They include 12-bit ADCs with a sample rate of up to 4GSa/s and a maximum record length of 400 Mpts/channel. These oscilloscopes can display up to 4 analog channels + 16 digital channels (optional) for high-performance mixed-signal analysis. They employ Siglent’s SPO technology with a maximum waveform capture rate of up to 200,000 wfm/ s, a 256-level intensity grading display function and a color temperature display mode. These oscilloscopes also utilize an innovative digital trigger system with high sensitivity and low jitter. The trigger system supports multiple powerful triggering modes including serial bus triggering.
The SDS3000X HD series oscilloscopes include tools such as history waveform recording, search and navigate functions, mask test, bode plot and power analysis which allow extended waveform records to be captured, stored, and analyzed. They also feature an impressive array of measurement and math capabilities, options for a 50 MHz arbitrary waveform generator, as well as serial decoding. These oscilloscopes support automatic measurements on 50+ parameters, support statistics with histogram, track, trend, Gating measurements, and measurements on Math, History and Memory traces.
These oscilloscopes have a 10.1’’ capacitive touch screen that supports multi-touch gestures and have a user-friendly UI design. They include USB and Ethernet interfaces and support mouse control and remote web control over LAN. The SDS3000X HD series oscilloscopes are available in enclosures that measure 317.2 x 236.0 x 149.0 mm and require an AC supply from 100 to 240 V. They meet the EMC directive (2014/30/EU) and meet or exceed the IEC 61326-1:2012/EN61326-1:2013 (Basic).
