The LTC6946 is a high performance low noise 0.37 to 5.7 GHz PLL with an integrated VCO, reference divider, phase frequency detector with a phase indicator , low noise charge pump, integer feedback divider and VCO output divider. The charge pump has selectable high and low voltage options for VCO monitoring. This PLL is ideal for wireless base station applications – LTE, WiMAX, WCDMA etc. it can also be used for military and test applications.
