The CPLL66-4160-4380 from Crystek Corporation is a Phase Locked Loop that operates from 4160 to 4380 MHz. It is a complete PLL/Synthesizer needing only an external frequency reference and supply voltages for the internal PLL (phase lock loop) and VCO (voltage controlled oscillator). It has a phase noise of -90 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset @ 4 GHz with 0 dBm minimum output power. The PLL is programmed using a standard three line interface (Data, Clock and Load Enable). It is available in a compact 0.6 x 0.6 x 0.15 inches SMD package and is ideal for portable radios, wireless infrastructure, base stations and test instruments applications.
