The NWO1570-12-02 from NANOWAVE Technologies is a 15.7 GHz Ku-Band Phase-Locked DRO Source. It has a phase noise of -150 dBc/Hz (at 1 MHz offset) and -170 dBc/Hz (at 10 MHz). This DRO source uses Nanowave’s proprietary HMIC process that uses chip and wire integration for lower insertion loss and improved heat dissipation necessary to achieve ultra-low phase noise over operational temperature ranges from 25°C to 70°C. It is ideal for high-sensitivity radar systems used for the detection of small radar cross-section targets and low-reflectivity weather.
