The QPDO-I-100-7.4475 from Qualwave is a Phase-Locked Dielectric Resonator Oscillator (PLDRO) that operates at 7.4475 GHz. It delivers an output power of more than 14 dBm and has a frequency stability of ±0.3 ppm. This PLDRO has spurious levels of up to -70 dBc, harmonics of less than -20 dBc, and a phase noise of -115 dBc/Hz (at 100 kHz offset).
