The ZPLDRO-2-40GHz from ZTS Technologies is a Phase Locked DRO that operates at 2 to 40 GHz with either an internal or an external reference source. The PLDRO provides an output power of up to 12 dBm while operating over supply of 8, 12 or 15 V @360 mA. It has a low phase noise of -120 dBc/Hz at a 10 kHz offset at 10 GHz. The PLDRO is available in a module with SMA female or 2.92 mm female connectors.
