The 7300 from Berkeley Nucleonics Corporation is a Signal Source Analyzer that operates from 2 MHz to 26 GHz. This analyzer can make fast and accurate measurements of single sideband residual and additive phase noise, amplitude noise, and baseband noise. It is a fully integrated system with a cross-correlator engine and several internal low noise reference sources. This analyzer measure signals up to -185 dBc/Hz and features fast 'one click' measurements. It is a compact and powerful instrument available with LAN (VXI-11), USBTMC, or with GPIB (optionally) interfaces. Platform independent intuitive graphical user interface (GUI), API library, and powerful SCPI command language set is also available.
