The HL9562 from Hyperlabs is a Broadband Pick-off Tee that operates from DC to 26.5 GHz. This tee has a pick-off of 14 dB and 20 dB with a flat frequency response on the thru pick-off lines. It can be used as a trigger source with minimum perturbation of the through signal path. The tee is available in a module that measures 1.10 x 0.90 x 0.54 inches with jack and plug connectors and is ideal for digital oscilloscope applications such as pre-scaler triggering, synchronization, and clock/data recovery.
