The ENGPD00016 from ENGIN-IC is a 2-Way, in-phase Wilkinson Power Divider/Combiner that operates from 6 to 30 GHz. It can handle an input power of up to 0.5 W (~27 dBm), has an insertion loss of less than 1.2 dB and provides an isolation of 18 dB. The power divider has an amplitude balance of ±0.1 dB and phase balance of ±1°.
The power divider is available as a bare die that measures 2.26 x 1.56 x 0.10 mm. It has gold backside metallization and is designed to be silver epoxy attached. The divider is suitable for a wide range of applications including space hybrids, military hybrids, X-band radars, microwave radios, and test & measurement systems.
