The CRMALDCBS1X16 from GPS Networking is an Active 16-Way GPS Power Splitter that operates from 1.1 to 1.7 GHz. It has been designed to accept signals in the L-band, covering all major GNSS constellations, and provides multiple devices with the signal from a single antenna. In the standard configuration, the J1 port will pass DC voltage from a connected device and pass this power to the antenna or other devices upline from the splitter through the antenna port. The other ports (J2 to J16) are DC blocked and loaded with 200-ohm resistors to simulate antenna current draw which prevents antenna alarm faults.
The CRMALDCBS1X16 has an amplitude balance of ±1 dB and provides an isolation of more than 17 dB (L1 band). It is available in a rack-mount enclosure that measures 17.00 x 8.13 x 3.50 inches with N-type (female)/SMA (female)/TNC (female) or BNC (female) connector options and is ideal for splitting and amplifying roof antenna signal between 16 GPS/GLONASS/GNSS receivers, splitting and amplifying an antenna signal to 16 passive antennas to re-radiate a large facility, and large signal distribution network applications. This splitter requires an AC supply of 110 V/220 V or a DC supply from 3.3 to 15 V (-48V power option also available) and consumes less than 220 mA of current.
