The MAAM-007239 from MACOM is a 3-Way GaAs MMIC Splitter designed for wired CATV applications. This active power splitter operates from 50 to 1100 MHz with a gain of 4.5 dB to 6 dB and a low noise figure. It has output-to-output isolation of 32 dB, reverse isolation of 25 dB, and can handle up to 12 dBm of input power. The splitter requires a single 5 V supply.
The design employs a low noise, high linearity amplifier, and power splitter functionality. It also features 75-ohm single-ended inputs and outputs.
