The MPD-0226SM from Marki Microwave is a 2-way Wilkinson Power Divider MMIC that operates from 2 to 26.5 GHz. It is fabricated using GaAs MMIC technology that allows the production of smaller constructions that replace larger form factor circuit board constructions. This power divider has an insertion loss of 3 dB and provides isolation of 20 dB. It has an amplitude balance of ±0.2 dB and a phase balance of ±2 degrees. This RoHS-compliant power divider is available in a 4 x 4 mm QFN package and is ideal for use in EW, radars, Satcom, and test equipment.
