The MPDR-0070CSP2 from Marki Microwave is a 2-way Resistive Power Divider MMIC that operates from DC to 70 GHz. It has an insertion loss of less than 3 dB, an amplitude balance of ±1 dB, and a phase balance of ±10°. This in-phase power divider is fabricated using passive GaAs MMIC technology that allows the production of smaller devices and replaces larger form-factor circuit board constructions. It is available in a CSP2 package that measures 2.5 x 2.5 mm and is ideal for use in electronic warfare, radars, SATCOM, and test equipment.
