The EP2RKU+ from Mini-Circuits is a 2-way, 0-degree, GaAs MMIC power divider/combiner that operates from DC to 18 GHz. It can handle up to 0.6 W input power with an insertion loss of 3.3 dB and provides isolation of up to 26 dB. The divider has phase unbalance of 1.1-degree, amplitude unbalance of 0.02 dB and VSWR of up to 1.5:1. It is available in a surface mount QFN package that measures 5 x 5 x 1 mm and is suitable for applications such as WiMAX, ISM, Instrumentation, Radar, WLAN, Satellite Communications, and LTE.
