The FD410G26G from Lotus Communication is divide-by-4 active Frequency Divider with an input frequency from 10 to 26 GHz. The divider can handle an input signal with power ranging from -15 to 10 dBm to provide an output signal with -4 dBm of power. It is based on GaAs HBT technology and has low additive SSB phase noise performance. This divider requires a 5V DC power supply and consumes 96 mA of current.
The FD410G26G is available in a compact and rugged SMA connectorized package that measures 0.93 x 0.93 x0.47 inches and is ideal for use in high-frequency PLL and LO applications, including cellular, satellite communication systems, PCS, W-CDMA, ISM, LTE, SDR and test instrumentation.
