The SHF C643 A from SHF Communication Technologies is a 1:2 T-Flip Flop (TFF) Frequency Divider that converts an input frequency from 40-80 GHz to an output frequency from 20-40 GHz. This prescaler accepts a sinusoidal input signal and delivers two differential output signals with a phase shift of 90° between them. It supports both single-ended and differential-ended operations. This pre-scaler requires an input voltage from 400 to 950 mV and provides an output voltage from 500 to 900 mV. 

This T-Flip Flop divider requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes less than 600 mA of current. It is available in a module that measures 40 x 54 x 23.7 mm with 1.0 mm (female) input connectors and 1.85 mm (female) output connectors. This frequency divider is ideal for next-generation Ethernet standards, telecom transmission, fiber channel, prescalers in high-speed clock distribution, and broadband test and measurement applications.
