The 40-881-001 from Pickering Interfaces is a single or dual 6-channel SP6T multiplexer with wide frequency range from 10 MHz to 6 GHz. This MUX uses high performance solid state switches and thus is ideal for ATE systems which requires frequent and fast operating RF switching with no contact bounce. The module has an insertion loss of less than 4.7 dB, an isolation of over 70 dB, VSWR of 1.5:1 and a switching time of 50 μs. It can handle up to 30 dBm of power and is available with SMA connectors.
