The M9155C from Keysight Technologies is a dual SPDT PXI switch that operates from DC to 26.5 GHz. This module has an insertion loss up to 0.96 dB insertion loss, a high isolation up to 110 dB and low VSWR up to 1.70:1 with a long operating life up to 10 million cycles. It provides individual cycle count trackings for each of the switch paths. The switch can be used in applications such as Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), RF communications measurement and RF parametric measurements where a rugged switching module is needed in switching systems.
