The A10235 from Akoustis is a BAW Filter with a passband from 3400 to 3600 MHz. It can handle up to 31 dBm of input power, has an insertion loss of 1.5 dB, and an amplitude variation of 0.8 dB in the passband. The filter provides an attenuation of more than 20 dB above and below the passband.
The A10235 utilizes Akoustis’ patented, XBAW technology which provides excellent RF filter performance. This device exhibits high-power handling capabilities necessary for demanding power requirements of the latest 5G infrastructure requirements covering 200 MHz of the 5G n78/77 band and 4G B42 band. It is available as a hermetic sealed ceramic surface-mount package that measures 2.50 x 2.00 x 0.77 mm and is suitable for 5G infrastructure, LTE B42 infrastructure, and general-purpose wireless applications.
