The A10235 utilizes Akoustis’ patented, XBAW technology which provides excellent RF filter performance. This device exhibits high-power handling capabilities necessary for demanding power requirements of the latest 5G infrastructure requirements covering 200 MHz of the 5G n78/77 band and 4G B42 band. It is available as a hermetic sealed ceramic surface-mount package that measures 2.50 x 2.00 x 0.77 mm and is suitable for 5G infrastructure, LTE B42 infrastructure, and general-purpose wireless applications.
