The AKF-1950 from Akoustis is a BAW Bandpass Filter with a passband from 5030 to 5091 MHz and a center frequency of 5060.5 MHz. It can handle up to +30 dBm of CW input power and has an insertion loss of 2 dB. The filter provides an attenuation of up to 35 dB from 100 to 4830 MHz and up to 47 dB from 5150 MHz to 10 GHz. It has a return loss of 13 dB and a passband ripple of 0.6 dB.
The AKF-1950 utilizes Akoustis’ XBAW technology which provides leading RF filter performance. It is available as a Pb-free surface mount package that measures 2.5 x 2.0 x 0.8 mm and is suitable for unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) Control and Non-Payload Communications (CNPC) applications.
