The AGBPF150 from AmpliTech is a Bandpass Filter (BPF) MMIC with a passband from 12 to 18 GHz. It has a center frequency of 15 GHz, a passband insertion loss of 0.99 dB and provides 20 dB of rejection at 8.7 and 23.7 GHz. This BPF is available as a die that measures 1.00 x 0.75 x 0.10 mm with 50-ohm matched DC-blocked RF ports.
