The AM3187 from Atlanta Micro is a Passive Bandpass Filter with a passband from 3.25 to 4.25 GHz and a center frequency at 3.75 GHz. It can handle an input power of 0.5 W, has an insertion loss of less than 4.4 dB and provides 30 dB of rejection in the stopband. The filter is useful as an IF filter in an RF system for image, LO, and spur rejection. It is AC coupled and matched to 50 ohms while operating over a temperature range from -40 to +100°C. The AM3187 is available in a surface-mount QFN package that measures 4 x 4mm.
