The BFCQ-3852A+ from Mini-Circuits is a Band pass Filter with a pass-band from 37 to 40 GHz. It can handle an input power of up to 1 W, has a pass-band insertion loss of less than 3.4 dB and provides more than 20 dB of rejection above and below the passband. This filter is built using proprietary LTCC materials and has a distributed topology that allows it to achieve repeatable performance on a lot-to-lot basis, up to mm-Wave frequencies. It uses a shielded construction to prevent the filter from de-tuning. The filter is available in a surface-mount LGA package that measures 2.5 x 2.0 mm and is suitable for use in 5G telecommunications in the n260 band. It has a wide operating temperature range from -55 to +125°C.
