The QPQ3509 from Qorvo is a BAW Filter Module that operates from 3.70 to 3.98 GHz. It has a bandwidth of 280 MHz, an insertion loss of less than 3.5 dB, and provides an attenuation of up to 57.4 dB. This filter supports single-ended input and output operation, provides excellent Wi-Fi rejection, and does not require external matching.
