The StabilityVNA™ (SV-Series) from Maury Microwave are 67 GHz Test Port VNA Cable Assemblies. They offer excellent amplitude and phase stability with flexure, thereby improving measurement accuracy while reducing measurement uncertainty. These cable assemblies have excellent flexibility and anti-skid bands to ensure the cables can be arbitrarily positioned without spring-back or stress on DUTs. They deliver increased crush resistance and flex cycles, enhancing longevity. These assemblies use color-coded connectors to reduce the potential for connection mistakes and are available with 7 mm, 3.5 mm, 2.92 mm, 2.4 mm and 1.85 mm connectors.
The StabilityVNA™ cable assemblies have an insertion loss of less than 1.79 dB/ft (cable only), phase stability of ±9° and amplitude stability of ±0.20 dB. They provide a shielding effectiveness of better than 100 dB (DC – 18 GHz), a time delay of 4.5 ns/m and a velocity propagation of 74%. These cable assemblies can withstand more than 50,000 flex cycles with a minimum bend radius of 50 mm and are available in varying lengths from 25 to 48 inches.
