Ruggedized Cables Image

The HLLXXXR Series from HASCO Components are Ruggedized Phase-Stable Cables that operate from DC to 67 GHz. They are constructed with an internally ruggedized multi-layer copper spiral and braided armor. These cables are available in lengths varying from 24 to 48 inches with SMA, 2.92 mm, 2.40 mm, and 1.85 mm connector options in male-to-male and male-to-female configurations. They provide shielding effectiveness of more than 90 dB, have a minimum bend radius of 1.2 inches, and have phase stability over flexure of ±6.5° (@67 GHz). The cables have a dielectric withstanding voltage of up to 1000 V, a velocity of propagation of 76%, and a VSWR of less than 1.5:1. They can handle an input power of up to 580 W, have an insertion loss of less than 4 dB and exhibit a capacitance of 27 pF/ft.
