The SPUMA_400-RS-FR from HUBER+SUHNER is a Flexible RF Cable that operates up to 6 GHz. It has been developed using rotary swaging technology and provides easy handling and installation due to its flexibility. This cable is an alternative to LMR coaxial cables (from Times Microwave Systems) and uses halogen-free materials with low loss and VSWR optimization. It is flame retardant and is suitable for use in defense, railway, and wireless infrastructure applications.

The SPUMA_400-RS-FR cable provides screening effectiveness of more than 90 dB, has an outer diameter of 10.25 mm, and a minimum bend radius of 25 mm (static). It has a velocity of signal propagation of 85% and a signal delay of 3.9 ns/m. This 50-ohm flexible cable can handle a CW input power of 1 kW and has a capacitance of 78 pF/m. It has a Copper center conductor, SPE (foamed polyethylene) dielectric, an Aluminum/PES/Tin-plated Copper outer conductor, and TPU (Urethane TPE) jacket.
