The D3C2640 from DiTom is a single junction coaxial circulator that operates from 26.5 to 40 GHz. It has an insertion loss of less than 1 dB, isolation of over 14 dB and can handle up to 5 watts of average power. The circulator is available in a module with K-type female connectors.
