The D3C4080Y from DiTom Microwave is a Cryogenic Circulator that operates from 4 to 8 GHz. It can handle an average forward input power of up to 20 W and a peak forward power of 30 W. This single junction circulator provides more than 16 dB of isolation and has an insertion loss of less than 0.4 dB. It is available in a module that measures 1.0 x 1.0 x 0.5 inches with SMA (male/female) connectors and can operate at temperatures below 77 K (-196.15°C).
