The DS1015 from DiTom Microwave is a Ka band space qualified isolator that operates from 18 GHz to 22 GHz. It has an isolation of over 20 dB, insertion loss of 0.40 dB and a VSWR of 1.25:1. The isolator can handle up to 10 watts of forward power and up to 30 watts of peak power. It is available in a module that measures 0.50 x 0.70 x 0.50 mm and has SMA Female connectors.
