The IB800012000P300S from Smiths Interconnect is an RF Isolator that operates in the X-Band from 8 to 12 GHz. It provides more than 20 dB of isolation and has an insertion loss of less than 0.35 dB. This 50-ohm isolator can handle an average input power of 80 W, a peak input power of 300 W, and a reverse power of up to 30 W. It is available in a rugged module with SMA connectors and is designed for use in solid-state power amplifiers (SSPAs) used in AESA radar, ground-based air surveillance radars, shipboard defense, and airborne fire control applications. The isolator has an operating temperature range from -55 to +95°C and is U.S. ITAR compliant.
