The CYBT-333032-02 from Infineon Technologies is an Integrated Bluetooth 5.0 Smart Module. It uses an Infineon Technologies CYW20706 SoC which is based on the ARM Cortex-M3 32-bit processor, a 512 kB serial flash memory, and an onboard crystal oscillator. The module has an integrated power amplifier and transmits up to 12 dBm of power in Bluetooth classic mode and up to 9 dBm of power in low energy mode with a range of up to 250 m.
