The MS88SF23 from Minew is a BLE 5.0 module that also supports Zigbee and Thread (IEEE 802.15.4). It is based on the nRF52840 SoC and consists of a 32-bit ARM Cortex M4F CPU with 1 MB flash memory, 256 KB RAM and a transceiver. The module has a Tx power of up to 8 dBm, an Rx sensitivity of up to -103 dBm and can deliver a data rate of up to 1 Mbps at a range of up to 300 meters. It requires a DC supply of 1.8-5.5 V, consumes 4.8 mA of current in the Rx mode, 4.9 mA of current in Tx mode and less than 1 uA of current in sleep mode.
The MS88SF23 has 20 GPIO interfaces through which it can be controlled. It is available in a metal shielded module that measures 23 x 17 x 2 mm with an antenna interface.
