The MS88SF3 from MINEW is a Bluetooth 5.1 Module that supports Zigbee and Thread technologies. It is based on Nordic’s nRF52833 SoC and delivers a Tx power of up to 8 dBm. This module has a range of up to 30 meters @ 125kbps and a receiver sensitivity of -103 dBm. It requires a DC voltage from 1.8-5.5 V and has an Rx current of 4.8 mA, Tx current of 4.9 mA, and sleep mode consumption of less than 1 uA.
This module incorporates a 32-bit ARM Cortex M4 processor which has a 512 KB flash memory and 64 KB RAM. It measures 18.5 x 12 x 2 mm with a PCB & ceramic antenna and is ideal for smart home, wearables, and industrial applications. This module also supports Bluetooth direction finding applications.
