The ME54BS01-nRF54L155 from Minewsemi is a Bluetooth 5.4 Module. It is a highly flexible, ultra-low power, and cost-effective solution that is based on Nordic’s nRF54L15 Bluetooth 5.4 radio chip. This module consists of an ARM Cortex-M33 CPU core with a running speed of 128 MHz, 1.5 MB NVM memory, 256 KB RAM, and an on-board PCB antenna (connected via an LC filter). It has an integrated design that highlights the higher performance of the nRF54 series and provides a GPIO development option.
